Round 1 revised to "Final Countdown"
The auction didn’t attract enough interest to reach the $700 target, so the organizer and community have agreed to end the auction series. Now, the total funds raised will be distributed after one final popcorn bidding session on Wednesday, 13 August at 13:15 GMT.
We're playing 2 games - an All Pay Auction and a Lucky Draw - to decide which 2 projects receive a split of the pot!

All Pay Auction
Highest bidder selects an Impactful Project to receive 50% of the donation pot.
All bidders pay - whether or not they win.
Top up your bid by making additional payment(s) from the same address.
Popcorn bidding: If there is a high bid in the final 5 minutes, the auction will be extended 5 minutes. This continues until there is no high bid in the final 5 minutes.
Lucky Draw
Lucky draw winner selects an Impactful Project to receive 50% of the donation pot.
Bidders earn 2 tickets for each dollar they bid.
Bidders (referees) also earn 1 BONUS tickets for each dollar they bid when they use some else's referral code.
Referrers earn 2 tickets for each dollar their referred bidder(s) pay as a bid.

Auction Rules
Open
All bids are publicly visible at all times. Check The Paddleboard and onchain to see the bids.
All Pay
Bidders place their bid(s) by paying the bid amount. Bidders pay regardless of whether or not they win the prize. (This differs from traditional auctions, in which only the winner pays.) No refunds.

All bids must be placed via the yodl link accessible from the "PLACE YOUR BID NOW" button above. No exceptions.
Bid Form
After paying their bids via the yodl link, bidders will be redirected to the Bid Form. Bidders must complete this bid form (one time only) in order to be eligible to win.
Minimum Bid & High Bid Increments
The minimum bid is $1. All high bids must be at least $1 higher than then previous high bid.
Top Ups
Bidders may top up their bid(s) by making an additional payment from the same address.
End Date & Time
The auction will end on Wednesday, 13 August at 13:15 GMT - or at the end of Popcorn Bidding.
Popcorn Bidding
If one or more high bid is placed in the final 5 minutes, then the auction will be extended for an additional 5 minutes.
This will continue until there is no high bid in the final 5 minutes.
Minimum Amount Raised
The minimum amount to be raised has been removed for the "Final Countdown" revision to the King of the Pot auction.
Selecting An Impactful Project
The highest bidder in the All Pay Auction may select an Impactful Project from the list above to receive 50% of the donation pot. If the highest bidder does not communicate their selection to Paddle Battle within 7 days of the end of the auction, then the next highest bidder may select an Impactful Project.
Lucky Draw Rules
Tickets
Earn lucky draw tickets by bidding and/or referring others. Bidders earn 2 tickets for each dollar paid as a bid in the All Pay Auction - plus bidders earn an additional 1 ticket for each dollar paid as a bid in the All Pay Auction when using somone else's referral code. Referrers earn 2 tickets for each dollar their referreee(s) pay as a bid in the All Pay Auction.
Referral Code
You may use your email, Twitter handle or Telegram handle as a referral code.
If you would like to request a custom referral code, please request a referral code.
Bid Form
Bidders may enter a referral code in the bid form. Bidders cannot use their own referral code to earn Lucky Draw tickets.
List of Tickets
A list of tickets will be published within 2 days of the end of the auction.
Lucky Draw ticket holders may report errors or omissions to the list of tickets within 2 days of publication.
Identifying a Winner
The winner of the Lucky Draw will be identified via fairyraffles.com - provably fair onchain raffles - within 7 days of the end of the auction.
The lucky draw parameters and merkle proofs will be published so anyone can verify the process and outcome.
Selecting an Impactful Project
The winner of the Lucky Draw may select an Impactful Project from the list above to receive 50% of the donation pot. If the winner does not communicate their selection to Paddle Battle within 7 days of the end of the Lucky Draw, then Paddle Battle will conduct a new Lucky Draw to identiy a new winner.
